The Baluch people live in adjoining areas of Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. They also can come from northern Iran and Afghanistan and in Central Asia.

Their piled rugs are generally small, thin and floppy. Colours are dark reds, dark browns, dark blues, orange-reds and black. White is often used as a highlight. The designs are generally a repeat pattern.
